To access account information online, you must enter a Username and Password. To access your account information through our automated phone system, you must use your Account Number and 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) or mailing address zip code.

A Username is a unique login name that you create to access your account information online. The Username must be alphanumeric with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 characters. If you select a Username that is currently in use, you will receive a message advising you to choose another one.

Once you choose a username you will be prompted to create a password between 6 and 12 characters, with at least one (1) uppercase letter, one (1) lowercase letter and at least one (1) number. You can change your password any time by signing into your account online and going to your Account Settings.

Your PIN is a 4-digit number that you create when opening a new FasTrak account. If you choose to receive your statements via email, this PIN will be used to view your statements. You can change your PIN at any time by logging into your account online or by calling the FasTrak Customer Service Center at 877-229-8655 during normal business hours.

If you forgot either your Username or Password, click here. To retrieve your username, you will need to provide your account number or toll tag number and the zip code of the mailing address for your account. To reset your password, you will need your username and the mailing zip code of the mailing address for your account. You will be prompted to reset your password.

You can also contact the FasTrak Customer Service Center at (877) 229-8655 during normal business hours for assistance. A customer service member can provide your username or password after verifying your identity.

If you forgot your PIN, you must contact the FasTrak Customer Service Center at (877) 229-8655 during normal business hours. They will be able to provide you a new PIN after verifying your identity.
